Please introduce yourself.
I am Emanuele Cilenti from Messina, Italy. I am a poet, writer, actor, songwriter, screenwriter, vide maker. I wrote and published eleven books two music albums; I made six short films on my YouTube channel.
What is this book all about? Who are your target readers?
It is an anthology of poems in three languages: Italian, English, Spegnolo, and is aimed at a public of young but not so young people.
What makes it different from the existing books in the market?
It is a different book; some of these poems have become songs, and they also deal with significant social issues, such as Covid-19, violence against women, etc.
Please share your journey writing this book. Who has been your inspiration? How long did it take you to finish it?
The journey that characterized this book was very introspective, made of passion and pain, and even a few tears. Life and the pandemic inspired me to write this book, and it took me several months to finish it.
What do you hope your readers or your target community will get from reading your book?
I hope that readers who buy and read this book can stop and think about how the world and life are, to improve themselves and our planet.
What is your vision for this book?
My vision in this book goes beyond earthly life as we know it; it embraces the spiritual life, the soul, God.
What are your future projects and endeavors?
I will publish my twelfth book, a collection of genre stories: dramatic, entitled: My Scars in February. Also, will be released a musical album written entirely by me and sung by an emerging Italian singer.
My book will help you reflect and improve yourself and the world around you. It is a plan of reflections that also speak of life and hope. You can find it on Amazon.
