DALE BRENDAN HYDE was born in Salford in 1974, yet has lived most of his life in the City of Wakefield West Yorkshire.
A troubled life throughout his teens crescendo into a lengthy prison sentence for robbery, where upon release a mixture of attending college to retake failed schooling & continued trouble with the police & high courts seemed to be his course in life, until a university place seemingly became the catalyst to a more determined path of making his occupation that of a Writer. He published his first poetry book by Route at the Yorkshire Art circus for the TS Elliot prize. This is now out to buy on Amazon in an updated version, which contains his written poetry from the last 20 years. He has also Contributed to other writers books, with some hitting number 1 on the Amazon charts. He has written magazine articles on his passion of bare knuckle boxing in MMA Uncaged, which continued to reveal his extensive repertoire in his writing styles. Trouble free now for over two decades, his debut novel THE INK RUN finally showed the true depth of his talent. His first short story, titled, The Whiskey Pool is available on Amazon kindle and paperback. The updated poetry titled, The Gods R watching is also available in paperback and kindle download. His latest completed novel titled STITCHED, is a brutal autobiographical account of another prison sentence he served in his early life, yet this time he he was an innocent young man and suffered a terrible miscarriage of justice, which after years locked up he was finally aquitted at the royal courts. He is currently over half way through his third crime novel, writing a biography titled EASY TARGET for a friend who got mixed up with some of the worlds most dangerous criminals. He also has written and on the back burner for now until EASY TARGET is completed his second crime fiction novel, Titled, THE DEATH ROW THRIFT SHOP. |
